Find your orders: tab search, views and quick search
Learn to build fixed order lists with the tab search, and to find one specific order with the quick search.
Goals and why
What you will learn
- create a tab of your own that only shows the orders you are responsible for
- save the search in the tab and share the tab with your colleagues
- why an order can be missing from your list
- find one specific order with the quick search, whichever page you are on
When there are many orders, it takes time to look through All unassigned orders, the tab with all orders waiting for a driver. With a tab of your own per area, vehicle type or customer, you only see the orders that concern you. The counter on the tab shows how many are waiting.
The tab search decides what the tab shows. If you forget to save, the search is gone the next time the tab loads. If a filter is wrong, orders drop out of the list without you noticing. Finished and invoiced orders, for example, are hidden by default.

All correct completes the lesson- The quick search uses the browser access key «s»: Alt+S in Chrome and Edge on Windows, Alt+Shift+S in Firefox and Ctrl+Option+S on Mac.
- Common support case: "the order has disappeared from the list". Check the tab's filters: finished and invoiced orders are hidden by default, reference and order number must match exactly, and the customer must be picked from the suggestions.
- Tabs can only be shared within the same department, and each user can have up to 15 tabs of their own.
