How to get there

  1. Click the icon with the hanging weight at the top right of Frakt24. When you hover over it, it says Weight station.
  2. The weight station overview opens.
  3. If you don't see the icon, you are missing access or the module. Ask your administrator.

The weight station is the screen you work in from the first truck rolling in until the last one leaves. Every visit to the scale becomes a session. The vehicle is weighed in when it drives onto the scale. Then it unloads or loads. Finally it is weighed out again. A completed inbound delivery becomes a fully priced order. The weight is added to the stock, meaning the waste stored on site. A completed outbound transport is deducted from the stock.

The most important thing is the direction. Inbound is a customer delivering waste and paying for it. Outbound is waste being taken on to a receiving facility. If you pick the wrong direction, the weight ends up on the wrong side of the stock, and the load never shows up in the settlement.

Key terms

SessionOne visit to the scale, from when the vehicle is weighed in until it is weighed out.
InboundA customer delivers waste. The net weight is weight in minus weight out. That is what the customer delivered. The customer pays for the fractions.
OutboundWaste is driven out to a receiving facility. The empty truck is weighed in, and the loaded truck is weighed out. The load is deducted from stock.
Awaiting weigh-out / LoadingThe status of an open session. An inbound session shows Awaiting weigh-out. An outbound session shows Loading.
Weigh outThe button on an open session. Click it when the vehicle is back on the scale, and the session opens again.
FractionThe waste type the weight is split into, for example residual waste or untreated wood.
