Settlement: reconcile the facilities' statements

What you will learn

Once the waste has been delivered, the receiving facility sends a statement, an overview with its weight and amount for each load. To reconcile means to compare the facility's figures with what you weighed out yourself, and then register the settlement.

The difference between the facility's weight and yours is called the weight deviation. It reveals shrinkage, weighing errors and mistakes in the statement. Loads that are never reconciled stay as unreconciled weight. Then you don't know whether you have been paid for everything you delivered.

Facility weightThe weight the receiving facility states in its statement. The difference from our weight is the deviation.

Registered settlementsThe history of all reconciled settlements, with weight, deviation and amount per facility.

  • Deviations are only calculated for loads where the facility weight has been entered. An empty field is stored without a weight, and the load shows «—» in the deviation column.
  • CSV and PDF exist both under To reconciliation (the loads waiting) and under Registered settlements (the settlements). The manus only mentions the history.
  • The settlement is a reconciliation in the weight station. It does not create an invoice or any bookkeeping by itself.
