Goals and why

What you will learn

  • see when the driver picked up and delivered, stop by stop
  • find out who changed the order, and when
  • add price lines and save them properly
  • choose the right printout: POD, waybill, CMR or labels

Customers often ask when the goods were picked up, or who changed something. The answer is on the order. The status of each stop comes from the driver app with a time, and the log shows who changed what.

The price lines are the basis both for the invoice and for the resource settlement, what the driver is paid. A line you don't save disappears. An invoiced order is locked. Some buttons email the customer or invoice the order straight away. That is why it pays to know what each button does.

6. The prices are ready, and the customer should get the invoice together with the other orders at month end. What do you do?

7. You want to print labels for an order with goods and three stops, but it doesn't work. Why?

Trainer notesOnly shown when trainer mode is on
  • Send order confirmation and Send POD under Notifications send email straight away, without confirmation. Print never sends anything.
  • Common support case: "the price disappeared". Price lines are only saved with Save changes. If the order is invoiced, the lines are locked.
  • When you set a stop manually as completed, the Send status notification switch is on by default. The recipient is then notified.
